How DG keeps up

Simple at the chair. Clear for the member.

Each DG Club member gets a digital member card. The shop checks the card before service, confirms the tier, and records visits and guest passes at the counter. Visits reset each billing month and guest passes follow the package rules, so Big Steve can protect chair time while still giving members priority.

Once payment is confirmed in Clover, the card shows Active. If a payment is refunded, cancelled, or past due, the card does not stay active.
